Register As acoach
To become a registered coach, there are two pathways for WCF accreditation:
Direct Certification: If you have prior coaching experience, you can choose the fast-track route. This involves passing a comprehensive test and completing assignments that showcase your coaching skills. Upon successful completion, you'll earn WCF credentials without needing full program enrolment.
WCF-Accredited Certification Program: For newcomers or those seeking structured training, enrolling in WCF's certification program is ideal. This program provides in-depth coaching education on essential skills, ethics, and practices. Upon completion, you receive WCF credentials and are recognized as a certified WCF coach.
After meeting either pathway's requirements, submit your documents and proof of experience to receive your unique Coach Registration Number (CRN). Once you have your CRN, you'll receive a WCF certificate and ID card, which will be accessible via the WCF or partner dashboard.
Professional Development Credits (PDC): Enrolment in PDC programs is essential to keep your skills sharp and stay compliant with WCF’s high standards. As you attend events and complete micro-learning modules, you’ll accumulate PDCs, ensuring your growth aligns with WCF’s commitment to excellence. Finally, joining the WCF Community supports ongoing peer learning, helping you network, find clients, and start your coaching journey on a strong footing.
